Luxury Villa Rentals for 2+ people
Located on Mexico’s Pacific coast, Sayulita is a vibrant surf town with a bohemian atmosphere and gorgeous landscapes. Think golden beaches surrounded by the Sierra Madre jungle, with natural edges dotting the coastline and a beautiful, colorful town with cobblestone streets at the center. Sayulita luxury villas let you experience all this magic in style and privacy.
Originally a quiet fishing town, Sayulita’s surf culture emerged in the 70s, drawing free spirits from the US and Mexico. Its reputation as an off-the-beaten-path destination only grew from there, with locals working to preserve its reputation and identity.
Today, Sayulita maintains its soulful charm. You won’t find many big-chain resorts or high rises here. Instead, the focus is on slower, more sustainable travel and living in harmony with the beautiful nature and rich culture surrounding this unique town.
Rental Escapes makes renting a luxury villa in Sayulita easy. First, choose your travel dates. Next, select your party size. From there, your Rental Escapes Villa Specialist will happily present you with the best available Sayulita luxury villas for your group. After, your Concierge customizes your trip, including transportation, chef service, excursions, boat charters, and more.
Like the town itself, villas in Sayulita Mexico focus on delivering laid-back luxury. Expect a unique atmosphere with plenty of authentic artwork, and designs that meld indoor and outdoor living.
Sayulita luxury villas can be found all around the town, including in Gringo Hill, with its panoramic views; by the Beachfront, for oceanfront living; in the North End, with its easy access to the beach; in Nanza Hill for total privacy; and more.
No matter where you stay, you’ll find exceptional villas that reflect Sayulita’s artful spirit. You can also expect 5-star service, including from your Rental Escapes Concierge.

Yes, Sayulita is considered safe. It’s a laid-back town with a big focus on making sure tourists feel secure, and most travelers feel comfortable walking around day or night.
That said, do take the normal precautions like locking your villa.
You’ll also want to stick to bottled or filtered water to drink, both of which can be supplied to your villa.
Lastly, be sure to check the conditions before swimming, especially on the main beach. Sayulita does not have lifeguards, and strong surf and riptides are common.
Surf the breaks: Take a lesson right on the main beach if you’re a beginner. If you’re more advanced, you can head to La Lancha or San Pancho for bigger, cleaner waves.
Swim at Playa de los Muertos: A protected, sheltered cove just south of town, Playa de los Muertos is a great option for swimming or just enjoying some laid-back beach time.
Go on an ATV tour: Go off-road into the Sierra Madre jungle, see mountain viewpoints with panoramic shots of the Pacific, or explore hidden beaches and secluded coves.

The seafood specialties are grilled red snapper or sea bass, tuna tostadas, octopus tacos, and aguachile.
If you prefer to stay in, your Concierge can also arrange private chef service and villa pre-stocking on our Sayulita luxury villas.
