A second terrace with an infinity pool stretches out with views across the village, to the gardens of the famous La Residencia Hotel and the imposing Tramuntana Mountains.

There is a large open-plan living area including a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area, and 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

Cala Deia, Deia's only small but very beautiful shingle beach, is close by. With its clear waters and rock pools, it is one of the few beaches on the west coast of Mallorca.
