Your Guide to Capri Villas

A jewel in the Bay of Naples, Capri’s dramatic landscapes and rich culture impart it with an unmatched charm. From hidden grottos to terraced gardens and lemon groves, Capri offers a unique Italian island escape. Capri villas further this charm with stays as evocative as the island itself.

With its beautiful landscapes, Capri has been a fabled retreat throughout the ages. Roman Emperor Tiberius built his magnificent Villa Jovis here, and the remnants of ancient villas still dot the landscape.

It wasn’t until the 19th century that Capri experienced a renaissance, becoming a hotspot for nobles and intellectuals who rediscovered its beauty. By the 20th century, iconic figures like Jacqueline Kennedy, Grace Kelly, and Sophia Loren cemented Capri’s reputation as a global hotspot. Today, Capri maintains this mystique through its architecture, art, and traditions.

Capri Luxury Villa Rentals

Reflecting the unique tastes of their owners, Capri luxury villa rentals stand out for evoking a sense of calm and wholeness. They include:

Aurora Villa: A 17th-century Neapolitan-style villa, Aurora Villa is the product of generational love and attention. It’s brimming with unique artwork and antiques, while the gardens and pool area overwhelm in the best possible way. There really is a surprise around every corner here, both inside and out.

Colonnina: Just 15 minutes from the historic Piazzetta, Villa Colonnina dates back to 1800, when it was just a countryside home. Today it has been beautifully restored while maintaining its original architecture. This is a different kind of luxury – one that honors the past while offering all the best modern comforts.

Capri Villas with Pool

Ever since Augustus discovered Capri, this island has been known for its restorative weather and beautiful landscapes. Capri villas with pools let you experience this atmosphere with outdoor areas that invite relaxation. They include:

Il Rubino: An 18th-century villa by Marina Grande, this villa has stayed in the same family for over 200 years. From the palm-tree-lined pool terrace, you can see the marina, Capri Town, and even Mount Solaro. A great choice for up to 12 guests.

Litodora: Overlooking the beautiful rock formations of the Faraglioni on the southern coast and just 15 minutes from the center of town, Litodora offers an unmatched location. It’s surrounded by luxuriant gardens and Mediterranean vegetation, while the sea views can be appreciated from all around, including from the pool.
