Casa Varnishkes (Casa V) welcomes you to the quiet side of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. This luxury villa estate built over two and a half acres features all the amenities that one would expect from a distinctive property. The 7 000 square foot main house is directly on 170 foot of beachfront, with a large marble pool pavilion, a 40-foot freshwater pool, covered outdoor dining with seating for up to 20, adjoining outdoor bar, barbecue, media room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, modern office with internet and printer, full air conditioning and sumptuous bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the sea.

Just steps away is the new Guest House with an additional three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining area and kitchenette, covered patios overlooking the ocean and a separate laundry room. As an added benefit one of the bedrooms in the main house offers an attached sitting room with a pullout sofa bed and television.

The newly completed tennis pavilion features a fenced all-weather court and lighting to enjoy night-time playing, a large and well-equipped tiki bar with bar fridge, sink, and outdoor furnishings, and a fitness room which also has a pullout sofa bed and full bathroom.

Casa V is a dream Caribbean vacation home where you are guaranteed a friendly welcome and personal service through our Villa Manager and resident caretaker while here. Butler, Maid, Nanny, Chef Service, Spa Therapist and more can be arranged before arrival. The property has a pool keeper and gardeners that come once a week, a housekeeper will do a mid-week cleaning or daily housekeeping can be arranged.
