OVERVIEW

In the heart of Bavaro is Cocotal Golf & Country Club, Punta Cana's premier gated community. Guests staying within Cocotal have access to all Club facilities including the swimming pools, restaurants ($) and bars ($). Club facilities may be closed on certain days for private events.

Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant is located right on Bavaro Beach. Guests have access to access to all Beach Club facilities including the beach, restaurants ($) and bars ($).


Caribbean Estate is a stunning 8-bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 2-story villa with private pool, Jacuzzi, games, bar in the living room (beverages are not included), and 3 primary bedrooms.

Step into Caribbean Estate through its impressive double front doors, and you’ll immediately be greeted a grand living room area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing in the comfortable sofa area. The living room also includes a bar (beverages are not included) with a large flat-screen TV and a poker table. For special events, you have the option to hire a professional bartender for the night or your entire stay for an additional cost.

The interior of Caribbean Estate is modern and very stylish with colorful Caribbean artwork that gives the villa a warm and welcoming feel.

From the living room, you can walk directly out the double glass doors to the outdoor terrace with pool, Jacuzzi, and sofa lounge area. This is your own Caribbean paradise with a beautiful view of the lake and golf course. NOTE: The Jacuzzi can be heated, but the pool cannot.

The formal dining room is elegantly set with a large dining table seating 16 comfortably. If you prefer a more casual dining experience, you can enjoy your meals outside on the poolside patio. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a gourmet chef included in your villa rental. Your private chef will prepare all your meals during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation (groceries not included).

Upstairs, the game area awaits with a foosball table and a pool table, promising hours of fun. Relax on a comfortable couch and watch TV, completing your luxurious vacation experience at Caribbean Estate.
Have a good time with your friends sitting at your own bar or playing a friendly game of pool and foosball (table football/soccer). Enjoy your meals al fresco style as you dine on the patio by the pool and overlooking the lake and golf course.

Caribbean Estate welcomes you through impressive double front doors that lead straight into the living room area. Here, you'll be met by incredible double-height windows that offer a breathtaking view of the pool area, lake and golf course. Continue through the living room and walk out the double glass doors to go outside. This is your Caribbean Paradise!

On the ground level of the villa, you'll find the grand living room area, which is a great place to entertain and hang out in the comfortable sofa area. There's also a bar in the living room (beverages are not included) with a large TV and a poker table. If you are having an event, you can also hire a professional bartender for the night or for the duration of your stay ($).

The formal dining room is set up with a large dining table that seats sixteen comfortably - or, if you want to dine more casually, you can choose to enjoy your meals outside on the screened-in patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped and a gourmet Chef is indeed included in your villa rental! Your personal chef is ready to prepare all of your meals as requested and planned prior to your arrival, so you have less to worry about during your vacation (groceries are not included). If you want to cook your own meals, the chef must be present as many of the kitchen items belong to him personally.

The upper level of the villa is where you'll find most of the bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms in each wing of the villa with large balconies and some of the best views of the villa!

Upstairs, you'll find the game area with a Foosball table and a pool table which will definitely provide hours of fun during your vacation. You can also relax on a comfortable couch and watch TV.
