Great for Families!
We truly loved our stay at Sapphire Condominium 317. Everything was wonderful. Upon check-in at the security gate, we didn't receive the information for the lock key or anything, but the security guard was kind and friendly and she helped us by contacting the correct person and getting us the key. The unit is beautiful and looks exactly as the pictures show. The kitchen is fully stocked. There were enough towels including beach towels. Everything was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and how close to the beach we were. It's a great location. So close to all the different restaurants, bars and markets. And there were always taxis available right outside. Fish Fry on Friday is so much fun, might be a bit crowded with little kids, but Saturday is nice too, and less hectic. There's a small marked down the road (25 steps, according to our waiter), with most everything you will need. We booked all of our excursions with Viator using the agent that was assigned to us. Everyone was responsive and got back to our questions right away. Our only note to share was to keep the fridge level at 1 or 2. It was set at 5 and everything in the fridge was frozen. So it took longer to reheat or cook food. Aside from that, everything was perfect and we hope to return and stay in the same unit in the future.
