OVERVIEW

The Majestic Skye Villa can only be described as spectacular. This beautiful home is based in the sunny neighbourhood of Green Point and boasts breathtaking 360-degree views over Table Bay. This spectacular abode is spread over four levels and designed to seamlessly integrate interiors with outdoor areas.

The two remaining bedrooms have 1 x queen-size bed (can be converted to 2 single beds, on request), 1 x king-size bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, heated towel rails, and single vanities. They also have beautiful views through huge windows.

Also on the third level is a private theatre/screening room with comfy electric reclining chairs and a large projector-style television where movies can be watched in style.

This magnificent property is fully secure with an alarm and CCTV security system. It boasts a double and single garage and plenty of secure off-street parking and has some of the best panoramic views in Cape Town, sweeping across Table Bay.

The house is set on a quiet, wind-free street and is a short 2-minute drive to the trendy district of De Waterkant and the V&A Waterfront.
