Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this charming location offers gorgeous mountain views only steps away from ski access shared only by Silver Star Cottage residents. This bright four-bedroom, six-bathroom cottage sleeps 12 with rare mid-mountain access to Park City’s slopes and full Silver Star amenities, including on-site concierge service, a heated swimming pool, fitness center, firepits, and more. Guests will love waking up to catch first tracks, hike Spiro Trailhead, or explore historic Main Street.

A three-level property with 3,200 square feet of living space, Silver Star 45 features rich hardwood beams and iron accents reminiscent of Park City’s mining heyday, a signature of the Silver Star community. With vaulted ceilings and picture windows, the light-filled great room offers an inviting space to gather. A leather sofa, lounge chair, and twin armchairs frame a stone brick fireplace, where a striking, colorful painting of a Winter sky captures attention. Bold, abstract, and nature-themed artwork accents this home, complemented by intriguing Southwestern sculptures and light fixtures. An amber glass light box hangs above a 10-seat formal dining table, with two additional seats available for larger parties. The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops to easily cook homemade meals for the whole group.

Use the in-home elevator to head downstairs to the second living area, which features a leather sofa, a Southwestern-style armchair, a wet bar, and a large TV. Double doors open onto a covered deck, where loved ones can access the private tub. This lower level also features two bedrooms, including a junior primary with a king bed, private bathroom, and private outdoor space, as well as a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom.

The sunny primary and guest bedrooms are located on the top floor, with vaulted ceilings and picture windows, both boasting king beds and private bathrooms. The primary also features a gas fireplace, TV, and an office area—perfect for resting!
