The two-story condominium features three bedrooms as well as three full baths. Two oceanfront decks offer spectacular views of the Carolina coastline. The third bonus deck has breathtaking views of the world-famous Links Golf Course. When it is time to enjoy some sun, you will find 401A Shipwatch is located on the widest stretch of beach in the community! Best yet is the swimming pool complex at Shipwatch Condominiums! The two swimming pools are surrounded by Travertine tile and feature oceanfront views.

The interior of 401 A Shipwatch is complemented with many recent upgrades. The bathrooms and the kitchen area have seen major changes, including tile work, new fixtures, and updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Located on the first level, the living area features navy furnishings and coastal décor that create a memorable space. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table (seating for six with three additional bar seats), followed by the kitchen and a guest bedroom. A hall bath is shared by the guest bedroom, featuring a queen bed, and the living area. • Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.

• Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.

• From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) • The pools are open year round but are not heated.

• Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

• Fireplaces are not for guest use.

• Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.

• Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.

• Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

• There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.

• To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

• This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

• Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

• Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
