This contemporary townhome offers lovely mountain views and is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. The gondola is a short stroll away so that you can easily catch a ride over to the best ski and snowboard runs and many other exceptional activities during every season of the year.

Pacific Street Townhouse II offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. It boasts three bedrooms and 3.5 baths across three levels and a full 1,800 square feet of incredible living space.

In the LIVING ROOM, there's space for all six guests to take a seat on the comfy leather furnishings that surround the fireplace, which holds a flat-screen television with a DVD player on top. The nearby KITCHEN is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances along with a Cuisinart drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig so that you'll always have your favorite hot beverages available. Meals may be enjoyed at the formal dining table with seating for all six guests or at the breakfast bar.

The spacious KING PRIMARY SUITE is found on the top level of the residence and offers a private balcony with stunning views of Ajax Peak. Back inside, the room features vaulted ceilings, plenty of sunlight thanks to the large windows, a plush bed across from a flat-screen television with a DVD player and a cozy seating area for two. The primary bath comes with a dual vanity, a steam shower and a separate jetted soaking tub.

On the first level of the home are the other two guestrooms. One is a QUEEN with a flat-screen television. It shares a bath with a nice glass shower with the BUNK ROOM, which offers a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top and a flat-screen television with a DVD player.

Guests of Pacific Street Townhouse II are near everything that downtown Telluride has to offer, which includes the Sheridan Opera House where concerts and shows are held all year round. It's also within walking distance to the popular restaurants including Siam and There and fun activities for all age groups at the Ah Haa School for the Arts.
