OVERVIEW

The Morse House is a historic home in Palm Springs that boasts a sleek mid-century modern exterior. This three bedroom, four bath home was designed by renowned architects Dan Palmer and William Krisel, and was later renovated by Hollywood architect Harold 'Hal' Levitt. The house is located in the highly sought-after Vista Las Palmas neighborhood, less than ten minutes from downtown, and was the first to be designated a Class 1 Historic Site within the community.

Recently, this lovely home-away-from-home was fully restored and updated - even winning the Palm Springs Preservation Award in 2018. The Morse House is a great vacation home for those who appreciate unique architecture and luxury living with its unobstructed mountain views, private backyard, and one-of-a-kind design.

The grand hallway leading up to the great room is practically an art gallery in itself, which you can admire as you enter the home. The sunken living room is reminiscent of glamorous mid-century entertaining, but nothing can compare to the unique access your guests will enjoy from the living room. As the sliding glass pocket doors disappear into the walls, you and your guests can step directly into the outdoor pool from the living room. That's not all, though; the living room also features a stunning sectional couch, a quaint bar with six additional seats, perfect for entertaining guests.
