The first and second bedrooms are interconnected - the first bedroom features a king bed and TV while the second offers a queen bed and TV. The fourth bedroom features a full-size bed. The large Chef's kitchen is recently updated with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a Viking professional gas range. The fifth bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
Sand Acre is surrounded by manicured grounds with a private tennis court. The in-ground pool and spa feature an oversize patio area and poolside cabana.
