• We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.

• Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 plus tax per day and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.

• Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.

• Please note that due to its secluded location, cell reception and wifi are limited at our home.

• Please note that the primary bedroom opens directly to the staircase leading to the main floor and does not have a door.

• ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.

• Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine

• Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.

• The built-in BBQ island area is under construction and not accessible for guest use. We have added a standalone barbecue for guests to use.

• Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.

• Wedding Ceremonies are not allowed at this home.

• No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event.

• All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).

• Please note that all bathtub jets have been disabled for health and safety reasons.

• Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the primary closet.

• Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.

• The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.

• Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.

• Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.

• This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.

• Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
