• A $95 USD service fee per night is applicable for all bookings

• Maximum guests: 12 (10 in the main villa and 2 additional guests can be accommodated in the service room)

• Rates are based on 10 guests there is an additional charge of $150 USD + taxes per person per night (guests 11 – 12)

• Resort Fee: $24 USD per room per night *to be paid at check in

• Sanitation Tax: 1 guest $33MXN, 2 guests $55MXN, 3 guests $71MXN and 4+ guests $82MXN – *per night *to be paid at check in

• No smoking

• No outside guests permitted in the villa

• No outside sound systems (besides the one already on property)

• Please turn off AC when not required or when leaving the room

• Noise restrictions from 10 PM

* There is an entrance fee to the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Kaan that is not included in the rate. This fee is $12 USD per person per day and it’s paid at the entrance arch by cash

• The Villa offers an all inclusive option including all food and beverage starting from 7:30am for an additional $150 USD per person per night, children 5 – 11 years $75 USD per night and children under 5 free of charge

• Guests must arrive at Ana y Jose Hotel & Spa, they will make the check-in process there and the front desk will escort them to Casa Ha property
