• A Mandatory cash security deposit of $1,500 USD is required at check in for all bookings
• A cash food deposit of $1,500 USD is required at check-in as well as a $150 USD shopping fee per stay
• Rates are from 1 – 8 bedrooms (1 – 16 guests) 9 – 11 bedrooms (17 – 22 guests) and 12 – 13 bedroom (23 – 26 guests)
• Maximum occupancy: 13 bedrooms 52 guests
• Each extra guest above double occupancy is an additional $162 USD per guest/per night, plus taxes *Max 13 guests 8+ years old, and additional $80 USD for children 2 – 8 years old
• Infants under 24 months stay for free
• A 3% Environmental tax will be added to the final accommodation fare
• Day Passes are available at $95 USD per person per day
