Casa de las Aves | Casita Zen 14 is nestled between two golf fairways in the private community of Punta Mita in Porta Fortuna. The casita has a breathtaking view of the Bay of Banderas and the Pacific Ocean. This luxurious townhouse has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms that can accommodate up to six adults + two young children.

Recently completed and updated Casa de las Aves enjoys a premier corner location. It has three separate primary suits, each with its own luxurious ensuite bathroom. Two primary suits have king beds and the third primary boasts two double beds with an ensuite bathroom, outside shower and meditation area.

Guests enjoy sweeping ocean and surise views from spacious private decks, patios, balconies and garden. There is an expansive pool and jacuzzi and an outdoor entertainment area with its own BBQ grill.

Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home-cooked family-style meal each day – breakfast or lunch – you just pay for the cost of the food!
