OVERVIEW

The villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garden, an infinity pool, and spacious living areas. The villa is on two floors with bedrooms on both levels. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, open-plan living and dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, and microwave.  The comfortable living and dining area (separated by steps) is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with cable channels, comfortable seating, and dramatic coastal views. The sliding doors lead out to the infinity pool, terrace, and garden.

Outside the large mature garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature shrubs and palm trees and is facing the ocean. The infinity-edge swimming pool (heated on request) also faces the sea, and there is an additional terrace at the bottom of the garden to enjoy the evening sunsets.
