• Personal service by the villa staff including a housekeeper (four hours per day, excluding Sunday) and final cleaning
• Electricity, gas, heating, water and air conditioning
• Change of bed and bath linens (midweek)
• Porter service upon arrival and departure

Amenities available on request (extra charge):
• Additional staff available at this villa includes a extra housekeeping service at €15 per hour, personal laundry and ironing services at €15 per hour and cook and cost of food
• Porter service for early morning check-out, before 8 AM at €30 per service
