A fabulous external access with stone steps leads to the lower floor where an attractive living room, furnished with sofas, acts as the entrance and leads to a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with a shower.

The exterior develops on several levels in the park which extends for about 2000 sq m. On the top floor, outside the living area, is the covered outdoor dining area furnished with a large table and sitting area; from here a few steps lead to the solarium and the panoramic swimming pool. At the rear of the living area is another terrace located on the lower level and connected to the private parking area.
