OVERVIEW

A short distance away, crossing the courtyard of the farm, there is the second family suite, also made up of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Finally, on the mezzanine floor, accessed from the internal stairs, there is the last suite with a double bed, bathroom with shower and a delightful terrace with a panoramic view of the hills and the swimming pool.

The property enjoys total privacy thanks to its isolated position and to the high walls which completely enclose it. The 5000 sq m private garden, well-kept and enriched with colourful ornamental plants, surrounds the large 75 sq m swimming pool. The external lighting, automatic and completely customizable by guests, means that every corner of the villa can be easily used during the evening hours as well. The private covered parking area leads to the outdoor living area and the kitchen. From here, via independent external entrances, each of the 5 suites can be accessed.
