The first floor has a studio with two twin beds (that can be made into a king on request), plus a full bathroom and access to the patio, complete with a garden and a trickling fountain. The lower floor also features a TV room with two daybeds and a half bathroom—making it ideal for couples with young children or teenagers who want room to spread out.

The second floor serves as the home’s social hub, with an expansive, light-flooded kitchen featuring clear stone floors, a center island with wooden stool seating, and modern appliances. The kitchen flows into the airy living room, which connects to the outdoor infinity-edge plunge pool via glass doors. Take a refreshing dip while socializing with guests who are seated indoors.
